Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Sales Momentum Club! By joining as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Overview
Your membership provides access to online content, live sessions, community spaces, and other resources as outlined on the membership sales page. The aim is to support you in taking consistent action in your business, with a focus on sales strategy and implementation.
2. Membership Payments & Access
- Membership is billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected at checkout.
- Payments are taken in advance and are non-refundable once made.
- If you choose the annual plan, you will benefit from a discounted rate.
- Your access to the membership will begin immediately after your first payment and continue unless cancelled as outlined below and will renew automatically unless cancelled.
- It is your responsibility to manage your subscription if you wish to cancel before the next billing date.
- If you joined through a free trial, you will gain full access for the duration of the trial.
- After the trial period ends, you will be automatically moved onto the paid monthly plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and cancelling. Instructions for how to do this are available inside the members’ portal.
If you have any trouble, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that if you wish for us to process the cancellation on your behalf, you must allow 5 working days' notice. If your renewal is processed during this time, that renewal will remain payable and will not be refunded.
To be safe, the best way to ensure timely cancellation is to cancel directly via the members’ portal.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you’ll continue to have access until that point. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or accidental renewals.
5. Conduct & Community Guidelines
We are committed to maintaining a supportive and respectful community. We reserve the right to remove any member who behaves inappropriately or violates the community guidelines without refund or warning.
We love connection and collaboration — but cold pitching, unsolicited promotion, or sales messages in DMs are not acceptable behaviour and may result in removal from the membership.
To protect the experience for all members, the following behaviours are not permitted:
- Cold pitching, direct sales messages, or unsolicited offers via DM or in community spaces
- Disrespectful, disruptive, or abusive behaviour
- Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind
- Excessive demands on the host or other members
- Sharing confidential or sensitive information from the community without consent
- Use of external recording apps, tools, or AI transcription during group sessions
This is intended to be a safe, confidential space for open discussion. Members are expected to respect one another’s privacy and contributions at all times.
5.1 Member Responsibility & Scope of Support
This membership is designed as a group support and implementation space. It does not include one-to-one coaching, personalised advice, or private support via DMs or email unless explicitly stated.
It is your responsibility to engage with the content, community, and resources provided. We make every effort to provide helpful guidance, but the implementation and results are ultimately your responsibility.
Participation is entirely voluntary, and the value you get from this space will depend on how you choose to engage.

11. Grandfathered Pricing
If you join the membership at a particular price, you’ll keep that rate for as long as your membership remains active — even if the price increases in future.
If you choose to cancel and later decide to rejoin, you’ll return at the current price at that time.
This is our way of rewarding your loyalty and commitment.
12. Missed or Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is missed, access to the membership will be automatically paused until payment is successfully processed.
