Our location
We'll enjoy our days at Serras, a five-star boutique hotel on Passeig de Colom, where Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter meets the waterfront, bringing together the character of the old city, La Rambla and the Mediterranean on its doorstep.

A maximum of 12 participants, so everyone has space for their questions, individual feedback and the insights that will support them.
Your choice
Your travel and accommodation are not included. Some people will choose to stay at Serras, but there are many hotels nearby and within a few minutes’ walk. You can choose the accommodation style, location and budget that is best suited to you, and book directly.
Airport transfers, personal expenses and meals or drinks outside the stated inclusions are not included.

Sales and revenue
Strengthen your sales plan. Review your offers, pricing and positioning against your goals and capacity. Work through the five pillars of sales to find your biggest opportunities and quickest wins, then bring your decisions together into your sales strategy.
DAY THREE
Mindset. Action. Momentum.
Leave with your next steps. Explore the actions and shifts that will create your next level, with focused support through hot-seat coaching. Choose your quick wins, map your next 30–90 days and complete your PACE plan with clear priorities, dates and accountability.
