Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anna Payne Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-value digital products, programmes, and services. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled across our offers. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital products and self-paced courses


All digital products and self-paced courses are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, by accessing the materials, you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

2. Group programmes and memberships


For live or time-bound group programmes, your place is secured upon payment. Unless otherwise stated on the sales page or during checkout:

  • No refunds are offered once the programme has started
  • If you choose to pay via a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full agreed amount, even if you choose to leave the programme or stop participating
  • Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be cancelled mid-term

For memberships:

  • You may cancel your membership via your account before your next billing date to avoid further charges
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Founding member or lifetime rates will remain in place for as long as your membership is active and in good standing

3. 1:1 sessions and VIP Days


All 1:1 sessions and VIP Days are
non-refundable once booked. This includes strategy calls, intensives, and full-day consultancy sessions.

We understand that life happens, so we offer one opportunity to reschedule:

  • You may reschedule once, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice
  • Reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be declined
  • If any non-refundable costs have already been incurred (such as venue hire, catering, travel, or admin time), these will be chargeable in full
  • All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (usually within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated)

4. Important note on payment plans vs subscriptions


To avoid any confusion:

  • A payment plan is a way of spreading the cost of a one-off product or programme. It is not a subscription and cannot be cancelled once agreed. By choosing a payment plan, you commit to paying the full amount across the agreed instalments.
  • A subscription (such as a monthly membership) is a recurring charge which you can cancel before your next billing date.
  • If you initiate a chargeback on a valid payment plan, we will dispute it and may revoke access to all current or future products and services until the matter is resolved.

5. Exceptional circumstances
