Day One
Day 1 Sales Task: Goal setting and visualisation
Get clear on what you want to achieve: Set yourself an achievable but exciting monetary goal from today until year end, then break that down into November and December goals. Write these down! Then take a few minutes to actually really visualise you hitting that number, to see that amount in your bank, to feel what you’ll have done to achieve it, to feel how good it feels and what that number means for you. Commit to looking at these numbers daily and commit that you are going to make this happen.

Include who you help and the results you help them create and some personal info about you. Scroll to the end of this email to see a drafted example of this type of post which you are very welcome to copy and edit if that helps you!

Day Two
Selling isn’t about pushing, persuading or closing. Selling should be ‘telling’ people what you do in a way that is clear and compelling and today’s task gets you started with that.
Today’s Sales Action: Breaking your November goal down
Step 1:
On Day One (above), you got clear on your income goal for November: On this tip, I want you to decide exactly what you are going to sell (and at what price) to hit your goal.
Example 1; £10k goal - sell 2 x £5k coaching packages or 10 x £1k programmes, or 100 x £100 offers
Example 2; £4k goal = 1 x £2k retainer client, 1 x £500 offer, 15 x £99 power hours
Step 2:
You know what you need to sell, now it’s time to get really clear about the benefits of what you’re selling. Remember people don’t want to buy your product, your service, your programme or your package - they want to pay for a solution or an aspiration, a transformation one an experience. Be clear on what the value is in these terms, and why your client will want each of the products and services that you want to offer this month.
Today’s Social Media Prompt: Share a story that showcases results
Share a testimonial, a screen shot of client feedback, or a case study where you talk in more general terms about your clients, or even tell your own story if you have achieved what you now support others to do. What matters most is that this post talks about transformation and results. Your own or your clients. Or if you are very new, then talk about the results that you will get. Day Three
Today’s Sales Action: Define the key benefits of your service
On Day Two, you got clear on exactly what offer(s) you are going to sell to hit your income goal. Today I want you to list 3-5 key benefits of each of these offers, in a way that is going to be compelling to your client as it speaks to the solution, transformation or experience that they want. Remember, benefits NOT features; People don’t buy programmes or logistics, they pay for an outcome, a transformation or an experience - what do you/can you create for them? And how can you articulate it?

Today’s Sales Action: Review your bio/about me on your main social media account
- Does your social media bio reflect what you do and talk about it in terms of client results like you worked on defining yesterday?
- Is there a clear call to action eg join my free group, click here to book now, download my free thing, buy now etc?
- Is it compelling to your dream client?
- Give your bio a spruce up and make sure that it’s going to attract your dream clients by talking about how you can help them.
Today’s Social Media Prompt: Building credibility
Be memorable and stand out from the crowd - today I want you to call out an industry myth or a common misconception relating to what you do, and say why it’s not true, share your way/advice/approach instead. You can do a written post but a video also works really well for this type of authority post.

Day Five
Today’s Sales Action: It’s the weekend, take a day off
- Do something you love, spend time with people you love, do something that makes you feel alive!
- It’s easy for me to work all the time because I love what I do and it never feels like work, but I have learned that actually to be my most productive I need to enjoy down time, time doing other things, time doing nothing… and when I do have that ‘off’ time, I come back to work happier, healthier, with more energy and more ideas

Today’s Social Media Prompt: Gaining A Wider Audience
Small Business Saturday - Shout out a few great businesses that you collaborate with or are a customer of or just love in general. Tag them in your post and ask others to tag and shout out their favourite local businesses in the comments. If it works well look to make this a regular post - great for engagement and growing your audience.

Day Six
Today’s Sales Action: It’s Sunday so relax…
- But some point today grab a journal and take 10 mins to think about your week ahead. Get clear on what result you want to achieve in terms of selling - what is your goal? What will you need to do to achieve it and how will you need to perform? What has the potential to trip you up and how can you pre-empt those things? How will you feel next Friday celebrating achieving your sales goal and what will you do to reward yourself?

Share what you’re up to this weekend, ideally non-work related - a hobby, a day out, a beautiful view on your walk or a cosy cuppa at home - give your audience a peak behind the scenes and show your very human side.

Today’s Sales Action: Connecting with your warm leads
- New followers and social media connections are leads - have you sent the ones who look like ideal clients a welcome DM or voice note? Can you send them a link to your freebie if you have one? Don’t have many new followers - no problem, who’s interacting with your posts and watching your stories that hasn’t bought from you yet? Send them a welcome/thanks for engaging message and a link to your freebie if you have one.

Write a longer post today, detail your ideal client, the results or outcomes you can deliver (remember benefits not features) and what your price point starts at and invite people to buy/book/learn more etc

Day Eight
Today’s Sales Action:
- Create an offer or an upsell purely for your existing customers or customers that have recently bought from you - what can you offer them that will compliment what they are already buying from you? Offer it to them via DM with a link to buy and let them know it is an exclusive offer, for a limited time (this week only?) and only for a select few of your clients.

Create a poll that relates to your product or service.
For example because I want to sell the final ticket for my 2023 Strategy event this week I could create a poll asking the question ‘Have you set your 2023 business goals yet’ answers a) Yes, sure have and they are exciting. b) Not yet, still focused on 2022 c) I need some help with where to start on this.

Day Nine

Yesterday you created a poll on social media that related to what you do. Today reach out to everyone who responded, thank them for being involved and send them a link to your freebie if you have one, a time limited offer eg discount code relating to the service that you mentioned in the poll or a piece of advice that relates to their answer. Make a note to follow up again in a couple of days.

About Anna,
Anna supports business owners with the strategies they need to launch or scale their business on their terms. With 20 years of commercial experience, she's built three very different businesses from the ground up (an international recruitment consultancy, a children's swim school and a business consultancy) and in each of them achieved six or multi-six-figure sales within the first 12 months.
