  • Visibility and positioning so you are showing up with a message that is positioning you as the go to expert that you are
  • Lead generation and follow-up strategies to build your pipeline

  • Up-selling, client lifetime value, recurring revenue and smart tweaks to really maximise income


You’ll end our time together with hugely increased confidence when it comes to sales, a focused sales plan, better systems, more leads, inquiries and sales, fresh momentum, and of course, solid foundations for the second half of the year.

What’s Included?

  • You’ll start with detailed onboarding, so we can get off to a flying start and make the most of our time together. 
  • We’ll then work together over four hour-long sessions over Zoom (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, you set the pace) 
  • You'll be able to check in with me via message in between times to get you the support you need, the you need it 
  • Or, if you’d prefer, we can roll the time into one in-person strategy day (10-4) together in Edinburgh/surrounds
