Q: What was the top thing about the retreat for you?

A: Boat trip - for community & connection with a difference   

Q: What was your biggest take-away from the retreat?

A: That being around people that are all in the same boat (no pun intended) as you in terms of aspirations and values can be mind-blowingly uplifting and grounding at the same time.  

Q: How did the retreat make you feel?

A: Excited, grateful - the exercise on the beach after yoga was very powerful in terms of future thinking and letting go. 

Q: How has being part of the retreat benefitted you and your business?

A: Not sure yet but it certainly makes me a better decision maker and business owner - more bold.    

Q: What would you say to someone considering booking the retreat for next year (that you'd be happy for us to use in our marketing)?

A: It may feel frivolous but it's essential! Just do it. Thank you for creating a space for bold beginnings and gathering a great group of people

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the retreat, but I even though I knew it would be great, it beat my expectations. It was AMAZING. Anna and Clare have done a fantastic job of getting work and relaxation/fun right. The work part was excellent - It gave me space to get some clarity on what I want and be able to make a plan. If there was anything we struggled with, the help was there to make it easier. It was a really safe space to be honest with myself and the others there, too, which made all the difference. I came away with a solid plan of what I need to do next. From a personal point of view the relaxation was very much needed. I don’t think, as business owners, we give ourselves enough time to breathe. On the boat trip I told Clare that it was the first time I had relaxed in 2 years. This was a big thing for me as I struggle to relax at all. If you are thinking about this retreat just do it - invest in yourself you won’t regret it and I will see you there

I went to the Sun, Sea and Sales retreat in Nov 23. I'd debated long and hard about it, after all it was an expense that I wasn't sure was 'worth' it. I'm so glad I did. I've mapped out plans for 2024, been challenged to think bigger, to recognise what I can do, not what I limit myself to. All amongst such fab women (and the sunshine really helped with the winter blues too!) Highly recommend

A: Privileged to be in the company of some awesome women and to realise that I am one of them

A: The realisation that it is myself that is holding me back.  Now delegating a lot more. I came back firing on all cylinders and have put a lot of what I learnt into practice.
