What is it?
Whether you would like a full creation/review of your sales strategy, to focus on launching, to look at your offer suite and pricing, or trouble-shoot why sales aren’t where you want them to be, or even if you have something else entirely you want to focus on, we'll work together in person, on your business.
We'll set huge, exciting goals that align with your vision and then set out a plan to move you towards these goals.
Before our meeting, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire, and I will review your social media and website/sales pages so I arrive at our first session armed and ready with helpful suggestions for you to implement
Covering the full customer journey we can work through my six-step VALUE Sales Framework and use my Sales First Methodology, with focus on exactly where you need it, whether that is messaging and visibility, audience building, establishing your authority, launching or generating leads and inquiries that convert.
We meet face to face, in a gorgeous central Edinburgh venue, 10am-2pm, and spend the day focused on your business, your goals and your greatest opportunities as well as solving any niggling problems or blocks on your road to success.
We’ll formulate a clear action plan for you and then you have regular check-ins with me in the following weeks for my support and insight to help you implement and refine.

About Me
Hey, I’m guessing if you are reading this you already know me a little, but here’s a quick bit about me… I help business owners with the sales and the strategies to grow their business and make more money on their terms. I'm an introvert, don't love to be the centre of attention and I'm allergic to pushy or sleazy sales tactics. So, I'm not your typical sales expert. But I AM a sales expert. And an expert in launching and scaling your business to six-figures and beyond, through selling and scaling in a way that's right for you. In fact, I even wrote a book on it! I'm on a mission to help more entrepreneurs fall in love with selling, so they can achieve more impact, freedom and success. All the good things!
I’ve worked in sales for 25 years and built three successful businesses of my own, each achieving six or multi-six figure sales within year one. I’ve built and led high performing sales teams, and helped hundreds of business owners to create sales success in their business too over the last few years. As well as business consultancy and mentoring I am an author and a speaker on selling with integrity.
Freedom, generosity and integrity are some of my core values, so if you like those things too, I’m sure we’ll get along. I live just outside Edinburgh in Scotland, with my family and am used to juggling life and business in a way that works for us all.
