We'll create your own personalised business growth plan, and we'll work together closely as you go to review results and refine your actions, perfecting your sales strategy and maximising your opportunities as we go. 

We can create HUGE impact and results in this timeframe by focusing on your quick wins as a priority, while we also build your longer term strategy.

That might be a launch, multiple income streams, recurring revenue, increasing lifetime value, offer suite and pricing, more leads, better conversions or a combination of all of these - we'll find your greatest opportunities and do what needs done!

This package is entirely personalised to you and shaped to support you and your business. 

We begin with a VIP Strategy Day (in person) where:

• We review every offer and the positioning, price point, delivery and then exactly how, where and when you are going to sell it.
• We identify any gaps in your offer suite and opportunities to create new or refined offers in particular looking at entry points, high-ticket and recurring revenue.
• We set bold goals and build a 90 day plan that supports your growth and goals.
• We then work with together on implementing that plan with 3 months of strategy and support.
• Ongoing support and direction via monthly strategy calls (or can be in person)
• WhatsApp coaching support during office hours Mon-Fri, so you have answers and advice when you need them
• Weekly accountability check-ins so you can stay on-track
• We end our time together with a final half day in-person strategy session to review everything, identify your opportunities and build your next 90 day plan so you finish absolutely clear on next steps.
