In-Person Full day Kick Off Session: To get started we'll spend a full day together, ideally in person in Edinburgh, with lunch and refreshments at a comfortably luxurious venue, chosen to meet your needs. (If that isn't possible for you, we'll kick off on Zoom)

Your 90-Day Plan: At our kick-off session, we'll work out your goals and create the roadmap for our time working together to bring these to life and you'll leave with clarity on your 90-day plan and our objectives.

Two Further In-Person Sessions: You will receive 2 x further In-Person sessions at Month 3 and Month 6, ideally in person in Edinburgh, with lunch and refreshments at a comfortably luxurious venue, chosen to meet your needs. (If that isn't possible for you, we will use Zoom)

Ongoing Support & Strategy As You Implement: After our kick-off session, we'll have a further 2 x 1.5 hours 1:1 strategy calls per month, held over Zoom, which can be taken over the following 6 months so that I can support you every step of the way and we can fine-tune your actions and results as we go.

Advice on the go, as you need it: As well as our calls, you'll have WhatsApp or Messenger access to me (office hours) for the duration of our time working together. This will allow us to exchange voice notes, messages so I'm in your back pocket when you need a quick bit of advice and support

Team Training: If you require me to train or work closely with your team.

On Site Support: If you require on site support, travel charges will be applicable.
