What to expect at a sessionÂ
- Two friendly, structured speed networking sessions each month - come to either or both.
- Each session lasts one hour.
- Over the hour you'll be split into four small breakout groups (2–3 people per group) so everyone gets time to talk.
- I’ll give you simple conversation prompts each round to help you avoid the dreaded small talk.
- There's a monthly Growth Session where we map out your sales and growth for the month ahead, to help you review, refocus and move into the next month with a clear plan.
- There's also our multi-club networking on the final Tuesday of the month - see below for details.Â

A few tips to get the most from your membership:
- Introduce yourself in the WhatsApp group.
- Be intentional about what you want from each session.
- Come with curiosity and generosity: the more you put in, the more you'll get back.
- Follow up with people afterwards.

If you haven’t been before, or you’re feeling a little nervous about coming along, please don’t worry. I’ve created a warm, friendly group with no pressure or awkward pitches.

You won't ever be put on the spot or asked to pitch or perform. We simply enjoy relaxed conversations and build relationships with great people.

Over a sales career spanning more than 27 years, I’ve sold multi-millions of pounds worth of consultancy and services, built and led successful sales teams, and helped hundreds of entrepreneurs grow their sales.
I’ve also built three very different businesses of my own, each achieving six or multi-six-figure sales within its first 12 months.
I created Connections & Growth because I know that generous conversations and real relationships can lead to new ideas, collaborations, clients and friendships.
