We'll review your business using my PACE and SCALE models to help you identify your greatest growth opportunities, close any gaps and create your plan for the next level of success. 

What’s included:

• Morning: your goals and big vision, refining or creating your offers, pricing, positioning, opportunities, quick wins balanced with long-term strategy and target clients and partners

• Lunch provided

• Afternoon: sales plan, lead generation, conversion events, nurture, trust, authority, launch strategy

And afterwards: 

• Your action plan summarised and sent afterwards in a detailed Google Doc

• Half days of WhatsApp support within 30 days to review your work, answer questions, refine your strategy and support implementation 

Days are typically held at a venue in Edinburgh city centre or at my home in West Lothian (easy reach of motorway, rail links or 10 mins from Edinburgh Airport)
