One of my greatest skills is being able to quickly spot the gaps in your business, work out how to fix them, and help you create a plan to leverage your biggest opportunities.
We’ll look at your business as a whole, properly deep diving into what is going on, so that I can understand your values, your vision, your goals then looking at your sales and marketing, your offers, your income streams, your pricing and where you are now, compared with where you'd like to get to.
And together we'll create the step-by-step plan to help you get there.
We will delve into your biggest opportunities as well as identify and solve any business problems

The Strategy
- These days are powerful and we can cover A LOT in our focused time together.
- The above covers what we might typically focus on but the session will be designed specifically around your objectives and needs.
- If there is one specific area you want to zone in on, for example around scaling your business, a a new income stream, a launch or building a team, we can do that.
- I have 25 years experience of leadership and sales within start-ups and SMEs online and offline, B2b and B2c, UK and international. I've founded three high-performing businesses, each one achieving six-figure or multi-six-figure sales within the first year, and I have built and lead successful teams. And I don't hold back! I will share all of my experience and tools with you during our time together.
The Practical Part
- We'll spend the full day together, 9.30am-4.30pm, with breaks as required and including lunch and refreshments at a quiet and comfortably luxurious venue chosen to meet your needs
- You'll leave with a step-by-step action plan and you'll also have a call with me in the 30 days post-session to help support you with implementation.
- Pre-Strategy Day Call: Detailed pre-meeting questionnaire and 30-minute kick-off call so we can get the most from our time together
- Post-Strategy Day Support: 1 x 45minute Zoom implementation call within 30 days
- You may split your payments into installments, the only requirement is that the amount is paid in full before our time together.
